I thought I mention the "friends" of Windows Azure. There won't be too many of them since an entry into a cloud computing game costs $500 or more in data center(s) expenses.
The current players are
* Amazon Web Services, the first big name player that announced GA of its services.
* Google App Engine
* Windows Azure
* VMWare's Cloud vService
* SalesForces and their Platform as a Service offering that is restricted to B2B CRM oriented applications
There could be an entry from Sun and Java (if MS doesn't buy it before).
